2. Types of Personal Data Collected: We collect personal data necessary for the commercial intermediary service process, such as: name, address, phone number, email address, curriculum vitae, cover letters, professional references, etc.

Legal Basis of Processing: The processing of personal data is subject to the jurisdiction of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, in accordance with Article 7 of the Grand-Ducal Law of August 1, 2018, and carried out based on the explicit consent of the user as per Article 6, Paragraph 1, Point a of the GDPR.

4. Purposes of Processing: Personal data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of the commercial intermediary service process, including skills assessment, communication regarding the status of the application, and the organization of interviews.

5. Data Retention: Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the commercial intermediary service. In the absence of prior renewal by the user, this data will be deleted no later than one year after its collection.

6. Data Sharing: We do not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except when necessary within the scope of our service process."
